The Staffing Network is antional suplier of recruitment solutions and is workig with our established client in Boston.A new vacancy has arisen for a Logistics Co-Ordinator within the Network Team, at our Boston Depot.Monday Friday, 12.00 noon- 8.30pm / Saturday 7.00am-12.00pm (rota system)The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, possess a good telephone manner, provide an in-depth level of customer service and be proficient in problem solving, transport planning and working as a team.Key aspects of the role include:Provide an efficient, responsive and professional service when handling all incoming and outgoing calls with customers, depots and driversDeal with queries and issues by email and telephone, quickly and thoroughlyBook jobs onto bespoke IT systemsAdhere to both company and statutory legislation and requirements to ensure the efficient running of the businessCoordinate deliveries and collectionsSkills / experience we are looking for: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, to prioritise tasks and be organised and methodical Experience in similar role / environment would be beneficial Must be fully computer literate
