We are looking for talented professionals to join our growing team and help us drive impactful projects forward.
About Next Geosolutions
Next Geosolutions (NextGeo) is an international marine geoscience and offshore construction support service provider operating primarily in the energy sector, with special focus on renewables.
Established in late 2014, NextGeo is recognised as a leading player in its field providing high quality, cost-efficient solutions covering the entire life cycle of assets and projects, from their initial conception at design stage, throughout engineering, installation, inspection and maintenance, up to decommissioning. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects with a commitment to excellence and innovation.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager at Next Geosolutions, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Junior Project Manager:
- Support the senior project team with planning and coordination of projects
- Assist in tracking project performance and reporting progress to stakeholders
- Manage smaller project components independently and handle day-to-day operations
Experienced Project Manager:
- Lead end-to-end project management efforts for large-scale initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing risks and change requests
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring alignment and successful project execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure project tasks are completed efficiently, addressing challenges proactively
- Monitor project performance, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of communication and service delivery
You Should Apply If:
- For Junior PM: You have experience supporting projects or are eager to take on more responsibilities in a project management capacity
- For Experienced PM: You have a proven track record of managing large, complex projects and leading teams
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and can think critically to address challenges
- You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels
- You’re passionate about delivering high-quality results, with an eye for detail
You Should Not Apply If:
- You prefer rigid, predefined processes and find flexibility challenging in project management
- You prefer to work in a role that doesn’t involve directly interfacing with clients or external stakeholders
- You’re not ready to lead (for the senior role) or take on significant project ownership (for the junior role)
- You are not prepared to take full accountability for the role
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary and Benefits: Commensurate with experience for both junior and senior roles
- Professional Growth: Ongoing learning opportunities, training, and the chance to work on innovative projects in a dynamic industry
- Work Environment: A collaborative, flexible, and inclusive work culture that encourages personal and professional development
At Next Geosolutions, we believe that success is driven by passionate individuals who are committed to excellence and innovation. If you're excited about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions truly make an impact, we’d love to hear from you
