Carmichael are seeking an experienced MEICA Manager to join the team on a major Water project based in Warwickshire.Ensuring that the highest standards of safety, health and environmental protection as per best practice are consistently maintainedEnsuring projects are delivered to the applicable STW MEICA engineering standards and specificationsEnsuring that the MEICA delivery is supported from feasibility to project completionEnsuring that the final product is in accordance with project documentation, right first time, consistent with the project Outcome StatementContributing to the oversight of overall programme and costsEnsuring all subcontractor gates are completedEnsuring the team take part in Collaborative planningCoordination with other disciplines e.g. Civil interfacesLiaison with the design team to ensure all MEICA interfaces are covered on the projectsIs accountable to the project for the success of the MEICA TeamCan maximise commercial opportunities arising from the MEICA elements of the projectsAn ability to identify future specialist resource requirements and resource levelsAn ability to assess and manage strategic, operational and stakeholder risks and to recommend mitigation measuresHighlight and manage Change Events with the commercial team as they arise in accordance with the contractClient FacingBuilding and maintaining relationships with equivalent grade and other managers within the Client organisationContributing to reports and other briefings to client managementLiaison with the STW management team within both Asset Creation (AC) and Service Delivery (SD)
