The Full Stack Engineer is responsible for implementing deploying and maintaining components and infrastructure supporting the Sentric Music and Believe Publishing application estate. This role involves working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure the overall functionality quality and performance of the application. Key responsibilities include:Product Delivery:Contributing to the design development and modification of applications using a range of technologies including TypeScript/JavaScript ReactJS Express NextJS HTML CSS C# SQL and other relevant technologies.Deploying solutions across the software estate supporting and contributing to decisions on frameworks patterns libraries infrastructure and tools and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Developing robust and secure APIs as well as integrating with third-party APIs while adhering to best practices and industry standards. Collaboration:Working closely with the Product team Engineering team and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of changes that meet acceptance and quality criteria.Working with the Engineering team to ensure seamless integration of server-side and client-side components.Participating in team development methodologies and ceremonies including backlog refinement story elaboration and daily stand-ups. Engineering Practices:Configuring and deploying application infrastructure to cloud environments using automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles ensuring scalability high availability accessibility and security.Taking part in code reviews ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.Creating and maintaining automated tests and technical documentation.Supporting Senior engineers in efforts to analyse and optimise application performance by identifying and improving database queries server-side logic and system bottlenecks.Supporting and contributing to incident response activities.Qualifications : QualificationsSolid experience in full-stack development: TypeScript/JavaScript ReactJS NextJS Express HTML C# .Proficiency with SQL databases and query optimisation.Experience designing and integrating robust secure APIs (including third-party).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines deployment automation and performance optimisation.Familiarity with software engineering best practices: testing code reviews documentation Git.Experience in Agile environments collaborating across product engineering and business teams.Nice to have: AWS/cloud experience CSS expertise Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Soft Skills & BehaviourHonesty: Clear transparent communication; ownership of deliverables; accountability.Originality: Brings fresh ideas creative problem-solving eagerness to learn and innovate.Progression: Committed to growth open to feedback seeks and offers mentorship.Kindness: Respectful collaborative supportive team player; values diverse perspectives.Behaviours for Success: Communicates proactively on timelines actively contributes to team goals and provides support where needed.Additional Information : What We OfferComprehensive graduate development program with structured learning pathsMentorship from experienced engineers who are passionate about sharing knowledgeThe opportunity to make a real difference in the music industry from day oneCompetitive graduate salary with regular progression reviewsA supportive inclusive environment that celebrates diversityFlexible hybrid working arrangementsClear career progression opportunitiesFun team culture with regular social eventsRequirementsRight to work in the UK (please note: we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)Ability to work on-site at our Liverpool office 3 days a week (hybrid role)Join us in shaping the future of fair music while building your engineering career.
