To support the completion of the M55 Project in our Appledore site we require an Electrical Draughtsperson on a temporary basis until approx. December 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Electrical Drawings: Create detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics using CAD software.
• Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with electrical engineers to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Revise and Update Drawings: Update existing drawings and documentation as needed to reflect design changes and project progress.
• Maintain Documentation: Ensure all drawings and related documents are filed and maintained in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Quality Control: Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• Site Visits: Occasionally visit project sites to gather information and verify drawing accuracy.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to the engineering team and other departments as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  
  

• Qualificationin Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience as an Electrical Draughtsperson or similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes and standards
