Provide shipping notifications and delivery updates to customers, regarding their orders. To facilitate a seamless customer experience for every client touch point and provide admin support internally for the sales team. Creating presentations, information gathering and preparation for client meetings/demos. Quote follow up communication Report on opportunity pipeline for sales reps. Recording sales appointment/event notes and setting follow-up calls on the CRM for the sales reps when requested. Report to sales reps on customer/sector/item related data enabling use for account growth. Managing tender portals & submissions with support from the sales team Essential Criteria: Excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate and work as part of a team Develop a rapport with customers using personal touches and customer centric approach Proficient in MS packages Ability to develop & understand ERP & CRM systems Great customer service Desirable Criteria: Previous experience as a sales administrator or similar Ashton Recruitment is acting as a Recruitment Agency.
