Job Title: Graduate FX Broker – Corporate FX Sales

Location: London (Office-based)

Salary: £25,000 starting Base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000 to £50,000+ in Year 1)

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading FX brokers as a Graduate FX Broker, specialising in corporate FX sales. This role is ideal for ambitious graduates eager to develop their career in a fast-paced, competitive environment. The focus will be on generating new business, building client relationships, and helping companies manage their international payments and currency risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential corporate clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate and maintain conversations with decision-makers, understanding their FX needs and highlighting the broker's value proposition.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about currency markets to provide insights and add value to client discussions.
  • Pipeline Development: Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients, nurturing leads from initial contact to account activation.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs across lead generation, client meetings, and revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to develop tailored FX solutions for your clients.

  • Degree Educated: Strong academic background with a recent degree (any discipline).
  • Confidence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with corporate clients.
