You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to tailor learning experiences that meet the needs of each individual learner.ResponsibilitiesSupport children with a range of SEN, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and communication needsUse PE and physical activities to enhance engagement and academic learningDeliver small-group and 1:1 sessions that develop motor skills, focus, confidence, and wellbeingAssist in implementing personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategiesPromote positive relationships and model emotional regulationHelp create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environmentSupport PE lessons and lead adapted physical activities when requiredWork collaboratively with the wider team to ensure consistent support for every learner
