We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking

- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers

- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Reach out to customer leads through phone calls and emails

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

- Continuously improve through feedback - Sales order processing - Update the SAGE administration system - Data entry Sales quotes - Following up sales quotes Enquires/queries handling

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role

- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals

- Proficiency in IT tools and systems

- Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal)

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred

- Customer service-oriented with a drive for results

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Note; this is a hybrid role and therefore some days per week, hours and duties shall be completed on-site at our office in Suffolk, with others taking place across the east of England, and potentially further afield. As a result of this, mileage allowance payments shall be made and there is also highly likely to be the need for overnight stays in certain locations. This shall also be paid as on overnight allowance.
