Muve Homecare are looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants with experience in providing a wide range of clinical care and support for children and young people and adults.As well as receiving an average daily rate of £168 we also pay holiday pay and pension contributions.Duties- Assist clients with personal care tasks.- Support clients in maintaining their daily routines and adhering to their care plans.- Administer medication (orally or via PEG) whilst maintaining accurate records.- Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding any changes in client condition or needs.Skills, Knowledge and Experience: * Commitment to providing high quality, safe and effective care. * Experience working with individuals who have complex health needs (Tracheostomy, Ventilation, Chest management, Gastrostomy and Suctioning). * Excellent communication skills both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients, families and professionals. * Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their family. * Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively as well as the ability to recognising deterioration and need for escalation * Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding. * Confident using digital care planning systems. * Driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others through compassionate care and support.Job Type: Part-timePay: £14.00 per hourApplication question(s): * Can you evidence through references or certificates experience within Complex Care?Experience: * Complex Care: Minimum 1 year of UK care experience requiredLicence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person
