SMT Electronics Operative£11.90 for day shift enhanced by 25% when on nights to £14.85 per hour2 weeks 6am to 2pm and days 6am to 6pmLongbentonPermanentReady for something different, looking for a company that looks after their people?We are working with a growing business in North Tyneside who are looking for Production/Assembly Operatives to join their team there.The company design and manufacture electronics and have had a presence in the area for over 20 years with lots of long serving staff.Are you looking for a company that really values their people and offers lots of benefits?The role will involve building circuit boards, soldering, reading assembly drawings, building PCBs, using small hand tools and final assembly and test.They are looking for people who have the right attitude and willingness to learn.Importantly you will be able to work on the assembly of small components which means you need to have the ability to work with fiddly parts and be happy to do this for a full shift.Lovely environment, very clean and friendly, radio on, busy and relaxed. * If you have experience in electronics; brilliant. * If you have some solid past employment in production; great * If you can work on small parts and consider that you could do the role; greatYou will be a great team player and work well with others.You should have great attention to detail, good eyesight and dexterity and happy to do repetitive work.Shift pattern will be:2 weeks on day shift followed by 2 weeks on night shift.Excellent package of benefitsOvertime is available time and a third during the week time and three quarters at the weekendPension, share scheme, cycle to work scheme, free eye tests, life assurance, 25 days off and bank holidays, paternity leave, free fruit, tea and coffee, great canteen, vending machine, lots of wellbeing perks for all staff.Please apply with your CV via the apply button
