As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will have the privilege of working within a niche area of the transport industry amongst a friendly, home-grown team.
The JobAs an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the Amazon marketplace and other similar e-commerce platforms. You’ll have a significant impact on boosting sales, elevating brand visibility, and delivering the exceptional customer service that our client is well-known for.
- Innovate and execute strategies such as SEO and keyword research to amplify sales and brand visibility on e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Analyse sales data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Launch impactful promotional campaigns using Amazon advertising tools.
- Manage customer service, returns, and complaints with a customer-first approach.
- Partner with the marketing team to elevate brand engagement across email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics for all sales channels.
About youThis role would suit someone who enjoys juggling a healthy mixture of responsibilities and has previous experience with direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms. Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Amazon Marketplace and D2C e-commerce platforms.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
- Track record of driving sales growth and enhancing online visibility.
- Proficient in tools like Amazon Seller Central, eBay, WooCommerce, and Google Analytics is desirable.
- Please note, you will need to drive to the office location and cannot access it via public transport.
SalaryDependant on Experience.
Hours8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. This role is initially office-based with the opportunity to go hybrid once onboarding is complete.
