Professional Indemnity Account Handler

A leading Professional Indemnity Broker are looking to recruit ambitious staff to join as Professional Indemnity Account Handlers in Bristol

Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of Professional Indemnity accounts, from SME to large corporate complex risks (flex depending on your background and strengths)

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders

Providing expert advice on insurance products and solutions to clients

Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims efficiently and effectively

Working closely with account executives to support new business development and retention strategies

Keeping up-to-date with market trends and industry developments related to Professional Indemnity insurance

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, ideally with a focus on Professional Indemnity insurance

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements

Professional qualifications such as Cert CII / progress towards ACII

A proactive and customer-focused approach
