We require someone who is 'hands on' that will take ownership for the sites Quality and Compliance of Standards. If you thrive on a challenge and have any experience in Quality Management and standards including ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001, this would be the perfect role and opportunity for you The role is rather autonomous and you'll be the go-to for all and anything quality related and therefore carries a high degree of responsibility.If you're a Quality Manager OR Technical Manager OR Quality Supervisor holding experience in Manufacturing and be familiar with ISO standards, don't delay and apply now This is a great career opportunityResponsibilitiesThe Quality Manager will drive quality improvement and awareness activity ensuring that a high standard of customer focus is maintained, playing a key role in the local management team. The role is hands on and will partake in regular testing of the products to ensure quality standards are maintained.The primary objective of the role is to ensure that the critical quality processes are maintained, mitigating any potential for a quality escape from the site. They shall collaborate with the site management to deliver a Zero Tolerance on quality fundamentals and work towards improved process capability. They will proactively audit these processes to ensure compliance and delivery of the customer requirements for the products produced.RequirementsExperienced Quality Manager or Technical Manager or Quality Supervisor who is looking for their next career move. Must have experience of working in a similar role, ManufacturingMost considered including Automotive, Building & Construction Materials, Chemical, Aerospace, Plastics etc. Familiar with Quality Standards and Compliance and Audits. Experience of root cause analysis and continuous improvement experience.
