Their goal is to enhance access to advanced medical equipment and improve healthcare outcomes through innovation and patient-centred care.
They are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Digital Innovation, Strategy and Delivery to join a highly specialised team that will spearhead the strategy, development, and implementation of digital and A.I products and solutions, primarily focusing on the UK market initially, with the potential to expand across Europe.
This is a leadership role responsible for driving the digital transformation and innovation strategies that will elevate the organisations service offering, providing you with high visibility and impact, working directly with the CEO and other senior leaders, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital healthcare solutions.
As the Head of Digital Innovation, Strategy and Delivery, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and specialised partners to create and implement a roadmap that leverages emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, and automation to advance the consulting services in patient care and healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s digital innovation strategy, aligning with the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions in the HealthTech and MedTech sectors.
- Lead the integration of new digital tools and platforms that optimize operational efficiency and enhance client engagement.
- Ability to identify and develop commercially viable digital products and services that deliver value to customers.
- Drive digital product development, leading teams to innovate and deliver solutions that meet client demands.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to continuously refine digital strategies that create competitive advantages.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, exploring opportunities to integrate innovative technologies into service offerings.
- Champion a culture of innovation and digital fluency within the organization, fostering growth and learning across teams.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role focused on digital transformation and innovation, ideally within the HealthTech and MedTech sectors.
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare market, ideally with experience in radiology, radiotherapy, or related clinical areas.
- Strong track record in designing and implementing digital solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Expertise in emerging technologies, including AI, Analytics, and Automation, with a keen understanding of how they can be applied to the healthcare and medical device sector.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale digital initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
