Responsibilities:
- Install and support VoIP equipment at customer sites, ensuring service effectiveness within agreed timelines and company standards.
- Maintain clear communication between accredited partners, sales teams, and customers for efficient service delivery.
- Provide expert consultancy, advice, and support to customers based on their specific needs.
- Act as a liaison between the company and third-party network service providers.
- Ensure customers receive the most suitable VoIP solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Plan and coordinate comprehensive customer training on VoIP products and their benefits.
- Organize travel and accommodation adhering to company procedures for efficient on-site visits.
- Develop strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build trust and confidence during client interactions.
- Complete all required documentation for equipment installation, configuration, and commissioning.
- Drive complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of completed work.
Qualifications:
- Hands on VoIP experience
- At least 3 years’ experience within an engineering/IT role
- Current Telephony Manufacturer Certifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel as required
