Responsibilities:

  • Install and support VoIP equipment at customer sites, ensuring service effectiveness within agreed timelines and company standards.
  • Maintain clear communication between accredited partners, sales teams, and customers for efficient service delivery.
  • Provide expert consultancy, advice, and support to customers based on their specific needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and third-party network service providers.
  • Ensure customers receive the most suitable VoIP solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate comprehensive customer training on VoIP products and their benefits.
  • Organize travel and accommodation adhering to company procedures for efficient on-site visits.
  • Develop strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build trust and confidence during client interactions.
  • Complete all required documentation for equipment installation, configuration, and commissioning.
  • Drive complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of completed work.


Qualifications:

  • Hands on VoIP experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience within an engineering/IT role
  • Current Telephony Manufacturer Certifications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel as required
