Manage and track budgets, costs, forecasts, and project documentation through the full lifecycle. Oversee technical deliverables including procedures, lifting plans, risk assessments, material lists, work packs, and change reports. Conduct and support offshore surveys and project scopes (approx. 20–30 days offshore per year).
