Sales BrokerPermanentSalary – Up to £25KLeicester LE1Hours – Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pmThe Recruitment Group is proud to be working busy multi-utility energy consultant based in the heart of Leicester.The successful candidate must have experience in energy sales and a proven track record in selling in this industry. They will contact prospective business customers to arrange gas & electricity supply contracts and convert leads from our lead generation team.Benefits of the Sales Broker:• Standard commission rate of 20%.• Annual pay review.• Regular incentives.• 33 days holiday (including bank holidays, and 2 of these can be taken as mental-health days).• Breakout room with PlayStation, arcade machine and pool table.• The opportunity to progress within a growing company.• We often finish early on a Friday.Main duties and responsibilities of the Sales Broker:• Providing excellent customer service• Closing deals• Processing documentation after the sales process is complete• Writing contracts and supervising transactions• Hiring, training, and managing real estate agentsExperience/knowledge requirements for the Sales Broker:• At least 1 years’ experience in energy sales.• Track record of exceeding targets.• Excellent phone manner and rapport building skills.• Good organisational skills.• IT literate.• Able to work under pressure.• Positive attitude who works well in a teamPlease contact Molly @ The Recruitment Group on the contact details provided
