International Tax Specialist - Corporate & Indirect Our client a leading Boutique Investment Bank with an Advisory focus are looking to recruit a Senior Tax Specialist primarily responsible for both corporate & indirect tax, reporting for international entities in EMEA The Role will include Manage and coordinate corporation tax and VAT fillings for multiple entities across EMEA Providing technical guidance on VAT implications of business transactions Help navigate the changing global tax landscape (e.g. Pillar II) Responsible for supporting the global US GAAP tax provision process. Support on transfer pricing documentation, Master and Local file reporting requirements Provide tax input on business initiatives including expansion into new jurisdictions, entity structuring and intercompany transactions Requirements Qualified Accountant Ideally CTA Qualified or equivalent Experience of both International Corporate Tax & Indirect tax gained from a leading Financial Services institution.
