Are you a friendly and professional person available for temporary Reception cover?
We are looking for a customer focused and proactive Front of House Receptionist to join a fantastic company for a few days in their offices in Guildford.
This role will involve:
- Managing the reception area
- Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Handling queries and enquiries in person and over the phone
- Booking meeting rooms and other general administration tasks
Previous Front of House or Administrative experience is required to hit the ground running for this role, along with excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and work in a proactive manner.
