Our clients range from global networks to challenger brands including TikTok, Channel 4, Uber, Lego, ASOS, Netflix and many more….The OpportunityWe’re looking for two experienced recruiters to join our permanent recruitment team; one focusing on marketing and branding hires and one specialising in creative hires.You’ll have the freedom to run your own desk, build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and work alongside some of the industry’s most talented recruiters. We are focused on targeting high margin business and expanding key accounts. This year we have invested heavily in our tech stack, automations and AI so you can spend more time focused on the relationships in recruitment – providing a professional service to clients and a great candidate experience to job seekers.What You’ll Be DoingBuilding and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates across the creative sectorManaging end-to-end recruitment processesIdentifying new business opportunities and developing lasting partnerships with brands Expanding client accounts and cross selling opportunities to other teamsProviding tailored solutions and expert advice to clientsChampioning the Major Players brand through excellent service and strong personal branding What We’re Looking ForProven experience in a 360 recruitment role (creative or marketing markets preferred)Strong business development skills with a track record of strong billing revenueExcellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsA proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for the creative industriesSomeone forward thinking who can utilise automations and AI in their processes Why Join UsAt Major Players, you’ll find a culture built on trust, flexibility, and collaboration.
