We are currently recruiting for a temporary position- Production Operator/ FLT driver based in PontyclunShifts Available: AM - Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:30pmPM - Monday to Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pmOR6:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00pm – 06:00am Monday to Wednesday rotatingPay Rate- £11.55-£14.67Position OverviewBatching Machine: loading (using a forklift or pallet stacker if or when they have a FLT license) and unloading rolls, using the machine to inspect, run to length and cut rolls before packaging and loading onto pallets. You will be working as part of a team of 5 with a lead MT to run a fast-paced production lineEssential Skill Requirements * Team player * Awareness of Health and safety * General process and product knowledge * Good communication both written and verbal. Organised and able to work to tight deadlines. * Some lifting involved, up to a maximum of 15 – 25 kilos * Good attention to detail * Ability to demonstrate good communication skills * Ability to multi-task * Extremely organised * Must hold a valid Counterbalance licenceSuccessful candidates will be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business.
