The Company

The client, an innovative Town planning Consultancy based in the heart of London, is looking or a dynamic Town Planner to join the friendly team They offer expert consultancy services across a diverse range of projects from residential and commercial developments to complex infrastructure and regeneration schemes.

The Position of a Town Planner

  • Develop and implement land use plans and zoning regulations.
  • Conduct site assessments and environmental impact evaluations.
  • Engage with community members and stakeholders to gather input and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Essential Criteria for the Candidate as a Town Planner

  • RTPI-accredited town planning degree or relevant
  • Working towards MRTPI or Chartered

  • Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
