Major Recruitment are searching for a Brake Press Operator for our client based in Sunderland. This vacancy is full-time and permanent for the right candidate.Duties include:Accountable for the operation of the brake press machinery and overseeing the operation of sheet metal rolling apparatusExecute bending and shaping procedures utilizing standard and bespoke toolsUtilize a CNC interface to input operational dataVerify dimensions using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and dial indicatorsAdhere to strict dimensional requirementsFulfill customer specifications and delivery schedulesConduct periodic inspections of components and perform routine maintenance tasks in accordance with established protocolsMaintain accurate documentation recordsInspect machinery for faults and conduct necessary repairs and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness of machineryHours of work and pay rate:Monday to Thursday7:00am till 17:00pm£17.07 per hour, 38 hour weekOvertime available as and when business needs requireSome night shift work may be requiredSuccessful candidates must have brake press experience and be familiar with CNC controls.Please call (phone number removed) for an immediate interview.INDMN
