Vantage’s business is growing exponentially, through a combination of greenfield market expansion and acquisitions.Position OverviewLocation: UK-based, ideally within commuting distance of either our London or Cardiff offices.Vantage is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst with a strong customer-service mindset to support our Third-Party Risk Management program. In this role, you will guide third parties through the TPRM process, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring, to ensure compliance with company policies and mitigate potential risks. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple third parties at various stages of the TPRM lifecycle. Essential Job FunctionsManage the end-to-end Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle, including intake, analysis, and risk evaluation, ensuring consistent oversight and alignment with policy requirements.Review internal intake forms, issue accurate due diligence questionnaires, and facilitate initial screenings and risk assessments during onboarding.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status, timelines, and roadblocks for TPRM activities, including assessments and risk treatment/remediation plan to ensure timely progression of the lifecycle. Act as the primary point of contact for third-party inquiries throughout the TPRM lifecycle, providing guidance on procedures and troubleshooting process roadblocks.Coordinate with Risk Experts to ensure the timely review and approval of due diligence questionnaires.Maintain data integrity within TPRM systems by ensuring accurate documentation of assessments and third-party reviews.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance third-party risk management operational efficiency.Educate First Line of Defense stakeholders on TPRM responsibilities, fostering clear accountability and collaboration.Lead efforts to resolve non-compliant third-party cases, actively working through backlog items to restore compliance.Proactively identify and implement opportunities to reduce TPRM cycle time and improve process efficiency.Support developing strategic dashboards and perform ad hoc data discovery to support business issue resolution to enable repeatable analytics workflows.Conduct process clean-ups, including refining questionnaires to improve clarity.Identify repetitive queries and enhance the overall onboarding experience.Additional duties as assigned by ManagementJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, risk management, supply chain management, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance, Procurement, or related areas.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong project management and organizational skills.Customer-service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience using TPRM tools or supplier risk management platforms (e.g., OneTrust or similar software).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.Physical Demands and Special RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
