You will lead the development execution and optimization of a data-driven customer-centric marketing strategy that drives demand accelerates pipeline growth and supports adoption across priority industries and audiencesKey Responsibilities:Own the UKI HCM Marketing Plan and TargetsTranslate global and regional strategies into locally relevant high-impact customer journeys. Define and manage the UKI marketing plan ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.Execution Management & Program DeliveryLead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing programs ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and operational excellence. Partner with regional execution teams and digital hubs to scale and optimize campaign performance.Voice of the CustomerLeverage market insights buyer behavior and customer feedback to shape messaging campaign design and engagement strategies that resonate with target audiences.Cross-Team OrchestrationDrive collaboration across UKI marketing global marketing sales partner teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive multi-channel programs that support pipeline acceleration and customer success.Outcome-Focused MarketingChampion business impact over activity.
