Our Food and Textile Technologies faculty is a busy thriving department which is well equipped with a FTT Curriculum leader. We offer a rich and varied curriculum that supports multiple learner pathways and future career aspirations. Our provision includes S1-S3 BGE classes National qualifications in Health and Food Technology Practical Cookery Practical Cake Craft Hospitality: Skills for Work and Fashion and Textile Technology. At Higher level we offer Fashion and Textiles as well as Health and Food Technology which is offered to Advanced Higher level.
