You will drive commercial performance, develop strategic plans, and execute category initiatives in-store to support sustainable growth. Success will come from blending strategic account management with hands-on execution, ensuring strong collaboration across internal Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Category teams.Key responsibilities include:Day-to-day management of national retail accounts, delivering revenue and margin targetsDevelopment and delivery of strategic account plans and Joint Business PlansOwnership of listings, pricing, promotions, and forecastingUsing data and insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risksLeading customer presentations, range reviews, and promotional planningWorking cross-functionally to ensure excellent execution and on-shelf availabilityManaging trade investment to maximise ROIAbout YouExperience in a National Account Manager (NAM) or Junior NAM role within FMCG, health, beauty, wellness, or groceryProven ability to grow customer relationships and deliver commercial resultsExperience managing UK grocery or retail accounts (e.g., Boots, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, etc.)Commercially minded with strong analytical and presentation skillsHighly organised, collaborative and proactive, with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environmentWe are committed to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces, and we encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
