The positions primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration integrations and reports for OTL and Absence area.Your roleAs an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant youll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules specifically Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management for the UK public sector.Youll need a deep understanding of OTL Processes backed by practical experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in the UK public sector. Youll also lead client engagements discussing integrations data migrations and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences from technical teams to senior management. Youll guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM specifically focusing on Absence Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules for UK clients.Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK OTL and Absence processes.Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud particularly within the UK Public sector.Conduct System Integration Testing support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper careUtilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM Extract BI reporting Fast Formulas and Payroll Batch Loader.Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences including technical business and management teams walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents Configuration Workbooks Testing Change RequestsLead customer discussions pertaining to integrations data migrations and reports related to OTL Absence and other relevant modulesApply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions training content preparation and imparting TrainingRequired1o years of Information Technology experience6 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence moduleHands-on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for EuropeKnowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile modeExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycleExperience with Lean / Agile development methodologiesPreferred8 years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modulesCandidate should be proficient in all the OTL and Absence ProcessesAbility to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations data migrations and reports related to OTL and Absence and other modulesKnowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL) HCM Extract BI reporting Fast Formulae Payroll batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely technical business and management teamsExperience managing team size of 5 would be a plusPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
