About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force behind our social media presence and creative content. You'll wear many hats, from crafting and managing engaging posts and stories to collaborating with influencers and managing affiliate partnerships, managing our community online and the whole vibe. There’s no part of our marketing you won’t touch. You'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with the Marketing Lead and Creative Director to bring our brand to life across social media and email campaigns.

We're looking for someone who:

• Lives & Breaths Social Media: You're a social media whiz, familiar and excited by the latest trends and platforms (think Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Emails etc.). You can effortlessly craft and create engaging content - captions, stories, and reels that resonate with our target audience and brand direction and relevant for different platforms. You can organise the team and make sure you get what you need. Make it happen.
• Community Champion: You love building connections You'll foster a thriving online community for Claude & Co, responding to comments and messages with our signature friendly and fun tone of voice. You’ll be finding ways to engage customers locally in our flagship store.
• Influencer Guru: You understand the power of collaboration You'll manage our influencer partnerships, identify potential brand ambassadors, and develop creative campaigns that generate excitement. (Bonus points for experience with affiliate marketing)
• Content Creator Extraordinaire: Unleash your creativity You'll develop engaging social media content, including photos, videos, stories, and graphics. Familiarity with video editing tools and content creation tools is pretty important here. You will need to have an eye for detail and creative vision in line with Claude and Co style and branding.
• Shopify Savvy (Ideal): You recognise the importance of our website as part of our marketing strategy. Bonus points if you have experience loading products and managing the platform's backend and can make an impact through imagery and written word on our site, SEO, google key words and dipping your toe into all forms of marketing is important.
• Communication: You have excellent written communication skills and can adapt your tone of voice to suit the Claude brand. You'll craft compelling email campaigns that resonate with our audience and excite.
• Loves an Ad: Support the team in crafting and managing eye-catching social media ads that target the right audience and spread the word about Claude and Co.
• Data Detective: You're comfortable analysing and acting upon social media and email marketing reports, to understand what's working and what's not. You'll use this data to inform future content creation and campaign strategies alongside our marketing lead. Managing our social media content calendar and working collaboratively with the design and ops teams.
• Initiative & Integrity: You're a self-starter with a strong work ethic. You take initiative, solve problems creatively, and always act with integrity. The idea of ‘new collection’ should fill you with JOY as to how you’re going to make it at the forefront of our customers minds.
• Adaptable & Fun-Loving: We're a growing company, and things move fast You're adaptable, embrace change, and share our passion for all things fun and creative with integrity and honesty.

To Note:

• A Degree in a related field (preferably in Marketing, Fashion, Business, Communications or other related fields), or experience in industry. * a degree doesn’t equal ability - so let’s hear why you can make a difference.
