Job Title:Conveyancing Legal Assistant Location:BristolOverview An established and highly regarded Top 100 law firm in Bristol is seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join its busy Residential Property team. The role is ideal for someone with 1218 months of hands-on conveyancing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equityPrepare and draft documentation such as contract packs, completion statements, and standard lettersCarry out searches, ID checks, and AML complianceLiaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third partiesManage onboarding of new instructions and maintain accurate file recordsSupport with post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsEnsure all matters progress smoothly and efficiently, updating clients and colleagues regularlyProvide general administrative support to the wider property teamAbout You 1218 months experience working within a conveyancing department is essentialStrong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completionExcellent communication, organisation, and attention to detailConfident managing a varied workload and working to deadlinesPositive team-player with a client-focused approachExperience using case management systems (desirable)Benefits Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and progressionFriendly, supportive team cultureIf you have the experience required for this role, apply directly or contact Hannah Williams at TSR Legal for a confidential call: 02920 388100.TPBN1_UKTJ
