You will take responsibility for both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with all relevant regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks within set timeframes.Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company and statutory procedures.Maintain accurate site visit reports and ensure timely communication with the helpdesk and management teams.Support the control of costs and contribute to financial performance across the contract.Build positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.Identify opportunities for small works and assist in their costing and delivery.Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required.Support a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.Skills & QualificationsEssential:Recognised Electrical qu...
