Role Description:


Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CMO to lead our marketing efforts and spearhead our growth strategy. The CMO will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, expanding our market reach, and driving sustainable business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Fin's mission and business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Public Relations: Manage and enhance Fin's brand reputation through effective public relations activities and media engagement.
  • Marketing Management: Oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Sales: Drive sales initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and foster customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in market planning, marketing management, and sales leadership.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in market research, public relations, and ideally, the logistics or sustainability sector.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities to guide the marketing team and drive company growth.
  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build strong relationships.
  • Creative Vision: Ability to inspire innovation and creativity in marketing initiatives, ensuring Fin stands out in the market.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
