Job title: Client Advisor - Public Sector Salary: £42,000 Location: Birmingham PURPOSE OF ROLE Our client is seeking a Client Advisor to join their established Public Sector Division. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The role involves supporting senior Client Directors and reporting to the PSE Team Manager to ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service and their accounts are managed accurately and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare insurance documentation for new clients in line with their requirements.Obtain renewal terms, assess alternatives, and produce professional client presentations.Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy changes promptly and accurately.Maintain and update client information within internal systems.Liaise with insurers to confirm cover, process policies, and follow up on outstanding documentation.Review policy documents to ensure accuracy before issue.Support credit control processes and escalate account concerns where necessary.Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and compliance standards across all activities.
