Our team is dynamic, social, and driven by a shared passion for delivering top-tier projects across the region.The Opportunity:We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career with a company that values your growth. You will work on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to progress within the industry.Key Responsibilities:Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgetsSupporting the management of contract variations and project financialsConducting site visits to monitor project progress and ensure accuracy in measurementsAssisting in the preparation of tender documents and contractsWorking closely with senior surveyors to learn and develop key quantity surveying skillsMaintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsWhat We’re Looking For:A degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related fieldStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and developAbility to work well as part of a team and independentlyA passion for the construction and civil engineering industryWhat We Offer:A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experienceComprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionalsClear pathways for career progression within the companyA supportive and social work environmentAdditional benefits package
