Architect | Senior Architect | Associate Architect£33K-£45KEast Devon Konker is recruiting for an Architect, Senior Architect or Associate-level Architect to join an RIBA practice. Based in a thriving market town in Somerset, they are seeking an Architect to help grow the office further whilst working on some exciting projects. This practice of 8 has recently become employee-owned, giving you extra benefits as an employee within the business, including a tax-free bonus, subject to profit/personal performance.   They work on a wide variety of projects across Devon & Somerset including barn conversions, bespoke new builds, listed & historic buildings plus much more.   The Position: Architect Working across all RIBA StagesUsing Vectorworks (Training Given)Liaising with clients and different stakeholdersProject Management & Contract AdministrationHelping other colleagues in the office Salary for this position is between £33,000-£45,000 depending on previous experience.
