MondayFriday (Weekend included during busier periods) 9am-4pm (Hours extended during busier periods) £12.21 p/h Role Overview: As a member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering happiness through personalised gifts to ensure customer receive the best possible shopping experience. You'll be responsible for inspecting each gift item to ensure it meets the companys quality standards. Additionally, you'll be involved in carefully packaging and dispatching these gifts to customers. Key Responsibilities of a Quality Controller : Perform thorough quality checks on personalised gift items to guarantee they meet high standards. Pack gifts with precision, care, and attention to detail to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Support warehouse supervisors and the rest of team to ensure accurate order assembly and timely dispatch. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency. Skills Required as a Quality Controller : Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Efficient organizational skills for smooth packaging and dispatch processes. Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent time management to meet dispatch deadlines. Prior experience in quality control, packing, or dispatch is an advantage.
