Private Equity Associate – London (1–3PQE)Join a market-leading private equity team working on some of the most high-profile transactions in Europe.About the RoleOur client, a leading US law firm in Central London is seeking a talented Private Equity Associate (1–3PQE) to join a dynamic team advising on complex, cross-border transactions for leading private equity sponsors and portfolio companies. This is an opportunity to work on headline deals, gain international exposure, and develop your career within a high-performance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, public-to-private deals, and strategic acquisitionsDraft and negotiate SPAs, investment agreements, shareholder arrangements, and other key documentsManage multi-jurisdictional deal teams, liaising with local counsel and coordinating across global officesEngage directly with clients and contribute to business development initiativesSupport junior team members and participate in training and know-how developmentWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years’ PQE in private equity or high-end M&A, ideally from a leading international or US law firmStrong technical skills in drafting, negotiation, and project managementCommercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentInterest in cross-border transactions and exposure to complex deal structuresOutstanding academic credentials and a commitment to excellenceWhy Apply?Work on market-leading private equity deals for top-tier sponsorsHigh levels of responsibility and client contact from day oneCollaborative, global team environment with clear progression opportunitiesModern offices and a culture that values innovation, excellence, and career development
