We provide full parts & service facilities for Volvo Truck & Bus as well as new and used sales, plus a diverse range of associated services.We are currently recruiting for a HGV Technician to join our fantastic team at our Stoke on Trent depot.The RoleTo carry out fault diagnosis, service and repairs to Volvo standard. Complete repair order write ups, service report sheets and production card information. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, to actively seek solutions to problems. Good verbal communication skills. Providing excellent customer service is paramount.Day ShiftAlternate weeksWeek One: Monday – Friday: 06.00am until 14.00pmWeek Two: Monday – Friday: 14.00pm until 22.00pmAlternate Saturday morningsCall out rotaNight ShiftAlternate weeks: Monday - Thursday / Tuesday - Friday (10 hour shift).*** MARKET LEADING RATES IN PLACE ***RequirementsHGV Licence advantageous but not essential. Experience essential.
