We pride ourselves on offering a responsive high quality and local service.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROWAs an Internal Sales / Warehouse / Driver you will be responsible for internal sales warehouse management and product deliveries. You will handle customer inquiries overseeing inventory and ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods.Take and process sales orders from customersDeliver goods to customersProcess and record goods in accuratelyStore and organise warehouse stock and arrange in store merchandiseBe responsible for effecting an efficient and satisfactory delivery service to internal (branch) customers and external customersMaintain the branch price file office catalogue library and product literaturePromote and actively ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office stores and trade counterGoods purchasing under the direction of the Branch ManagerProcess cash and card payments over the counter securely and responsiblyTake initiative by informing regular customers of new products or services and price changesListen to and resolve customers complaints regarding products or servicesAnswer customers questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selectionBe instrumental in accurate and timely stock countsAnswer telephones to provide information and receive ordersProvide information about items such as availability operation or descriptionAre you a MATCH A full clean UK driving licence - including a valid forklift licence (training can be given) Previous experience within a warehouse role Demonstrated ability of working within a fast paced environment maintaining high levels of customer service Knowledge of engineering and welding processes and requirements is advantageous but not essential as full training will be givenOur Differences make our PerformanceAt Air Liquide we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees our customers patients community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants regardless of their background.
