Sheltered Housing Manager - £28.96 per hour - West London London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Sheltered Housing Manager to support their neighbourhood housing management service within the borough.This is an ongoing temporary role to start ASAP and will pay £28.96 per hour PAYEThe role will involve being on site at sheltered housing schemes 5 days per week. The Sheltered Housing Manager will ensure the delivery of an enhanced housing management service which continually improves the quality of life of and satisfaction with services for older and vulnerable residents and maximises the opportunity to co-ordinate and work with key partners and stakeholders.The Sheltered Housing Manager will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:Significant experience of managing a team of Specialist Housing Officers, working with vulnerable customers.Experience of working within a performance management framework and reporting on KPIs and outcomes.Track record of success working in a customer facing service and dealing sensitively and effectively with customer issues, specifically with older and vulnerable customers.Experience of dealing with safeguarding issues and managing robust systems to ensure alerts are dealt with efficiently and sensitively.An understanding and knowledge of housing and other relevant legislation and regulatory framework within housing.Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures, and an understanding of its practical application in the workplace and in relation to a customer centre and Scheme locations.The role requires an Enhanced DBS
