Join us as a Technical Design EngineerSiniat in Bristol The Technical Design EngineerSiniat will provide technical advice to both internal and external customers regarding Promats fire protection products as well as answer all customer specification enquiries. What youll do: Generate customer leads and partner with the Architectural Specification Managers (ASM) to develop customer relationships. Compile project packs of technical specifications and provide the information to customers. Monitor the website and email to answer all technical enquiries. Update technical literature and create technical drawings using AutoCAD. Complete Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) Level 3 certification in Passive Fire Protection. What youll bring: Educated to a Degree, HNC/HND or City & Guilds in a Construction, Science, Technical, Building, Architectural or other related field, or a person who can demonstrate work experience in a relevant trade. A clear communicator with an ability to translate complex technical issues into straightforward language. Experience within a customer service role or administrative role in an office environment. Proficiency using CAD is a plus but not required. Why join us?
