As well as the opportunity to play a key role in helping us to deliver accurate insightful analysis and drive continuous improvement of our Investment Reporting processes & systems.If youre passionate about technical problem-solving and collaborative working this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a high-profile team. This is a hybrid working opportunity which means you can split your working week between your home and the office to find a work-life balance that works for you.What youll be doing:Managing monthly reporting processes and ensuring smooth delivery across the teamLeading technical analysis interrogating results and explaining key movementsDeveloping and maintaining models and processes using R Alteryx and ExcelDriving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing efficiency enhancementsCommunicating results and changes clearly to stakeholders through sign-off and governance processesPlanning and prioritising activities to meet deadlines and support future developmentsEmbedding robust risk and control practices and ensuring compliance with standardsSharing knowledge and coaching newer team members to build capabilityQualifications : Who were looking for:Part Qualified Actuary with a strong academic background (2:1 degree or higher)Experience in IFRS and Solvency II reporting within life insurance or asset managementStrong financial modelling skills and familiarity with coding principles (R or similar)Ability to analyse complex data and propose innovative solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectivelyProactive approach to process improvement and risk managementStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasksA collaborative mindset and willingness to support team developmentWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
