Job Title: Learning & Development PartnerLocation: Leicestershire (Hybrid Working) - some UK-wide travel requiredSalary: £45,000 + Car Allowance

About the Role:Are you passionate about driving a culture of continuous learning and development? Our client is seeking a proactive and dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Partner to take ownership of the implementation of their L&D strategy across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the development of the workforce, including leadership programs, while working with modern e-learning platforms and a Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • To own and execute the company's L&D strategy ensuring it aligns with business goals.
  • Roll out leadership development initiatives, identifying key areas for growth and creating tailored programs.
  • Manage and enhance the LMS to ensure effective delivery of e-learning content and track employee progress.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess training needs and create bespoke learning solutions.
  • Implement both traditional and innovative e-learning strategies to ensure engaging and accessible training for all employees.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and performance metrics.
  • Take forward a robust and improved Induction programme across the business.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in L&D to ensure the business remains competitive.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, including the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Strong background in leadership development and experience with LMS and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of L&D initiatives from strategy to implementation.
  • Flexibility with hybrid working, with the ability to travel occasionally as required.
  • Experience in a blue collar multi-site business
  • A creative and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
