What Youll Be Doing as Senior Sous Chef
  • Working closely with our Executive Chef to design, create, and execute show-stopping menus that will leave a lasting impression on our distinguished guests
  • Leading and inspiring a talented team of chefs, fostering a collaborative and creative kitchen environment
  • Ensuring that every dish meets our impeccable 5-star standards, blending precision with passion
  • Managing day-to-day kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, and overseeing food safety standards
  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table for seasonal and innovative dishes that reflect the latest culinary trends
  • Handling busy service times with grace and efficiency keeping your cool even when the heat is on

Senior Sous requirements
  • A proven track record in a luxury or Michelin-starred restaurant, with at least 3 years of experience in a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie role
  • Impeccable culinary skills with a deep understanding of international and modern British cuisine
  • Strong leadership qualities youre a natural at managing and motivating a team
  • Creativity, ambition, and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences
  • Knowledge of industry health & safety standards and food hygiene practices
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude, with the drive to continue pushing boundaries in the kitchen
