Job DescriptionNew Homes Sales Consultant Prestigious Essex DevelopmentOTE 50000 55000 per annum benefitsWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a leading property group working on one of the most prestigious developments in Essex. The successful candidate will be supporting the wider New Homes team and working closely with the developer to deliver sales of luxury houses ranging from 1.5m to 2.3m.This is phase one of the development with two further phases planned over the next two years making it an excellent long-term opportunity for a motivated and ambitious consultant.Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary with OTE 50k55k per annumCompetitions and incentivesCareer progression opportunitiesComprehensive training & development programmeReward & recognition schemeHealth & wellbeing programmePension enrolmentAttractive holiday allowance (with extra days for performance and service)Birthday off as an additional days leaveKey Responsibilities:Meet with prospective buyers conduct viewings and deliver show home toursGenerate viewings through proactive database management and follow-upManage the full sales progression process through to completionWork closely with the developer and New Homes management teamAssist buyers with bespoke choices and property upgradesSupport cross-selling opportunities with in-house financial services and lettings teamsEssential Requirements:Full UK Driving LicenceProven track record in new homes sales and reservationsStrong knowledge of the sales and conveyancing processExperience guiding buyers from reservation through to completion and handoverHighly motivated target-driven and customer-focusedExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong IT literacy and ability to learn new systems quicklyHours of Work:Full-time (5 days per week MonSun 9:30am5pm) including weekend working with two days off in the week.Required Experience:Contract Key Skills Sales Experience,Direct Sales,Door-to-Door Experience,B2B Sales,Customer Service,Communication skills,Basic Math,Retail Sales,Analysis Skills,High-end Sales,Outside Sales,negotiation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
