Our client provide a full range of services including but not limited too; accounting, advisory, payroll, taxation, auditing and financial planning for a variety of clients and sole-traders.

Duties and responsibilitiesAs a Payroll Assistant you will be carrying out a range of duties and responsibilities including but not limited to;

  • Supporting the Payroll Manager and team members when required.
  • Creating and maintaining payroll records.
  • Managing the full payroll process from start to finish.
  • Processing P45s.
  • Liaising with clients from a variety of different industries and advising on any queries in a professional manner.
  • Managing client pension schemes via a multiple of pension providers.

Qualifications and skills requiredIn order succeed as a Payroll Assistant you must have worked in a payroll position ideally within a bureau or practice firm. You must have excellent communication skills and be a competent Excel user.
