AdministratorService Agreement Contracts Clerk - Finance Department Work Location: Trowbridge Head Office - In Person Position: Contracts Clerk Employment type: Full-time, permanent Overview Based in our Finance Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for cost checking and tracking renewal service contract pricing, including CCTV monitoring contracts. The role requires a methodical approach and strong attention to detail, particularly when calculating percentage-based cost adjustments. What you will be doing Review and process customer annual service contracts , ensuring timely renewals and accurate cost adjustments based on labour increases and contract requirements. PO Management. Assess opportunities for service agreement upgrades with existing customers. Work with the national sales team to develop and offer contract terms for new customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for all service contract reviews. What we are looking for Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid numerical and analytical ability. Proactive and confident approach to research service contract usage and costs, for accurate renewal pricing. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Competent keyboard and data entry skills. The Package Annual salary: £27,000. Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30-17:00, Monday-Thursday & 08:30-16:30 Friday.
