Our client the UK’s leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of bespoke physical security products are looking for a Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join them on a full time permanent basis. The successful candidates will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and who would be excited to join our clients busy and growing customer service team. Location: Dartford (office based role) Salary: Up to £35k dependant on experience In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating customer service activities and ensuring that our clients customers have a positive experience. Key duties; Arranging engineer visits with engineers and wider customer service team. Placing / management of purchase orders for stock / small works for the service division. Stock control levels within Field tech vans and Main warehouses. Maintaining tool register / stock Identifying and resolving any urgent customer queries. Responding to client queries via various communication methods Addressing any customer queries in a professional and timely manner. To be successful in this role; Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Good time management and problem solving abilities Experience /proven track record of working in a successful customer service team.
