About the CompanyWe are currently expanding our team in Baldock and are looking for an Architectural Technician/Technologist who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity. You will be working on a range of projects including retail and commercial sectors. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and creative team player, with industry experience to join our busy and expanding team in our North Hertfordshire office.Key AccountabilitiesWorking within a busy team, following specifications provided by clients to produce robust designs and accurate drawings.Varied work, as the Practice has projects from feasibility right through to developed design/construction.Producing high quality work, with strong attention to detail, plus good organisational and communication skills.Actively contribute to complex designs and be a key contributor on the design and detail of projects.Be confident, with a professional attitude and have strong verbal and written communication skills.Required SkillsGood level of awareness and knowledge of construction methods.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.Positive, self-motivated and enthusiastic.Detail orientated.Good level of awareness and understanding of current UK Planning and Building Regulations.Minimum three years' industry experience, producing working and detailed drawings.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
